2. Islamic Publications & Intellectual Property
All religious articles, Fatwas, educational curricula, audio-visual recordings, and downloadable books published on this site are the intellectual property of Darul Uloom Memon or authorized authors.
Material may be accessed, read, and downloaded solely for personal, non-commercial, and educational religious study. Any unauthorized commercial redistribution, modification, or sale without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Admissions & Student Conduct
Submission of an online application does not automatically guarantee enrollment. All applications are subject to entrance examinations, verification of credentials, and administrative review.
Applicants and guardians must provide accurate, verifiable information. Falsification of documents will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of enrollment.
4. Donations & Shariah Contributions
All financial contributions (including Zakat, Sadaqah, Fitrah, and Madrasah building funds) are voluntary and disbursed strictly according to Islamic Shariah jurisprudence.
Donors are requested to select the appropriate contribution category during checkout to ensure correct religious distribution. Once processed and allocated to charitable beneficiaries, donations cannot be refunded.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any activity that compromises the security, stability, or integrity of our digital infrastructure.
Defamatory, obscene, disrespectful, or unlawful content submitted through contact forms, comments, or portals will be blocked, and serious offenses may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to Shariah principles. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
